As parents, we want to introduce our children to a variety of sports and activities. We want them to be fit and healthy and to embrace new friends. It’s not unusual for kids to do lessons such as dance, martial arts, gymnastics, tutoring, football, tennis, piano, chess, cricket, drama or singing, after school and on weekends. Some kids even do multiple classes on the same day. Some children are so booked up that they don’t make it home before 7pm every night of the week.
